How do I pay for a Blac Panda purchase?
BlacPanda offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever your online mode of payment, you can be rest assured that BlacPanda’s trusted payment gateway partners use secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. 
 
You may use Internet Banking and/or Cash on Delivery to make your purchase. 
BlacPanda also accepts payments made using Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.
 
We also offer cash on delivery in most cities. If COD is not available at your address, the order will automatically get cancelled by our system within 24-48 hours. 
How soon are the products shipped?
Customers usually receive their products within 2 or 3 working days, once they are shipped. This delivery period may be longer for more remote locations. Blac Panda offers free shipping on all orders above Rs. 1000/-. Order dispatch generally takes 1-3 days for hot-selling items, it may take up to 7-15 working days, depending upon the model of phone, and your location etc.

How do I exchange my purchased products?
BlacPanda offers a 10 day replacement guarantee*
Ordered a wrong model/size? The product doesn’t match the ordered product? Received a damaged/broken product?  Call us and we will have your order undergo a return process for which you would have to send the product back to us at House No 229, Sector-80, Mohali, Punjab, 160062 and you will receive a replacement product within a few days after we receive the parcel. (However, we cannot assure that we will receive your parcel. You must provide us with a tracking ID on the email)
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any personalised item shall not be exchanged/refunded.
For ‘On-Sale’ products, BlacPanda offers an exchange only if the product arrives in a damaged condition or is defective.
To claim an exchange for a product, please get in touch with us as soon as you take delivery.
We do not provide any refund whatsoever. You can always exchange the product for the same amount. 
How can I track my orders and payment?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under Order History. For orders placed, a tracking number will then be issued to you after the receipt given from the concerned courier company.
